Baskin-Robbins

I don’t blame the young girls who work here but the people who hired them when they don’t have basic manners or customer service. God forbid you have a question about the menu because they’ll just be rude to you in return as if it’s not their job to answer your questions. They are too young to be so miserable and take out their anger on customers who simply want some ice cream. Also I asked for a vanilla scoop on a cone and I thought it was obvious that the ice cream comes on top of the cone but it was given to me separately? What kind of place gives it separately… I was dumbfounded.

Employees must really hate their job here. So rude and unfriendly. I made an order on the app, went through the drive through for pick up, they looked at me stupid and said we don’t have that order and dismissed me. Went back through and showed my receipt and she hands me the drink. I said oh so you did have it. Her response was yeah and shut the window.

I doordash and am frequently out late. I have been by this location 4 times in the last month between 930 and 11. Everytime I go through the drive through they say they don't have ice cream. I don't know if they stop serving at a certain time or if the associates just don't want to deal with it but it's extremely frustrating!!

This is a good establishment. Ice cream was good and prices were pretty solid. It was clean and employees were nice and friendly. No complaints.

If you want bad customer service, this is the place. They didnt have hot fudge, didnt talk to us properly and were addressing me and my mom like we were total strangers to what hot fudge was supposed to look like or what baskin robbins is... Gave incomplete scoops, didnt have waffle cones, and poor customer service. The girl (Johanna)taking the order needs customer service training, and told that they charge for water cup($1.07). Next time - never.
